This workshop is not a massage. Individuals or couples actively explore the attitude underlying conscious encounter and mindful touch while a facilitator holds the structure.
Playful, non-goal-oriented impulses can be explored without having to achieve a prescribed result. Diamond Lotus describes curiosity and a spirit of discovery as helpful qualities for taking part.
The format is Level 0 and requires no prior experience. It is offered exclusively by Katharina and does not replace professional tantra-massage training.
