3. Hosting and server logs

This website is externally hosted. Technically necessary data such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser, operating system and referrer may be processed in server logs. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where relevant to pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Contact and request form

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details to handle the request and follow-up questions. The WhatsApp link opens the external service only after your click; please do not send particularly sensitive health or intimate data through a messenger.

The request form processes name, email address, telephone number and information concerning the service, duration, preferred practitioner, appointment, location, sauna and message. A copy including an .ics calendar file with a reminder one day before the requested appointment is sent to the email address you provide. Please do not enter unnecessary health data or other particularly sensitive details in the free-text field.

5. Cookies, analytics and marketing

Consent management and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, only after your consent to technically provide Google Analytics. Under the basic consent mode used here, Google tags are completely blocked until you expressly allow Analytics. If you decline, no connection to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is established. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under dl_analytics_consent_v1 and can be changed at any time through “Privacy settings”.

Google Analytics 4

After your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-4SJ9STE2XV. This may process page views, successful contact actions, approximate location information, and browser and device information. Google Analytics may use the cookies _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and sessions. Form-field contents such as name, email address, telephone number, message or preferred appointment are not sent to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and sending user data for advertising remain disabled.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time with future effect through “Privacy settings”. On withdrawal, Google Analytics cookies set by this website are deleted. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. External links

External links include WhatsApp, Google Maps and, after a successful request, Google Calendar. A connection is established only when you open a link. The .ics file can alternatively be downloaded and opened locally, including in Apple Calendar.

7. Retention period

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for its purpose or by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
