The exchange is a facilitated practice group, not a beginners' course or a substitute for massage training. It centres on practice, feedback, mutual respect and arrangements that honour personal boundaries and wishes.
To allow everyone to practise safely and as equals, the group requires massage knowledge and a responsible approach to touch.
You have completed massage training, a substantial course or comparable practical experience.
You are looking for a reliable place and experienced peers with whom to practise sequences and perception.

Ingo has facilitated the exchange as a structured practice space for 15 years. He supports participants in deepening existing knowledge, exploring questions and creating and holding a protected space.
A full teacher biography will be added when confirmed information and imagery are available.
The evening includes time to arrive, agree roles and boundaries, practise massage and close together. Specific exercises may vary depending on the group and teacher.
The exchange usually meets on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm; arrival is possible from 6:30 pm. Allow approximately three and a half to four hours.
